Route 87 (Adirondack Northway) to Exit 23 (Warrensburg)
At Exit 23 take Route 9 North for 5 miles through the town of Warrensburg. At the intersection of Routes 9 and 28 bear left on Route 28 towards North Creek. You will be on Route 28 for approx 24 miles.
After you enter the hamlet of North River you will find Hudson River Plant Road on your right - adjacent to the Hudson River.
Turn right onto Hudson River Plant Road. Proceed 1/4 mile to plant.
