Starting Salaries and Performance Reviews

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to all full-time employees. BARTON’s performance-review process includes one formal, written, annual performance review and several feedback sessions during an employee’s review period. We believe continuous feedback is important.

Benefits

BARTON offers a comprehensive benefit package. Eligible employees can enroll in a wide variety of benefit plans. Benefits include: medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts (medical and dependent care), company-paid life insurance, AD&D and long-term disability, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.

Employees are also eligible to elect voluntary benefits, which include: accident insurance, cancer insurance, short-term disability, and term life insurance for employee, spouse and dependent children. Employees working at the industrial sites receive all the required safety protective equipment, including uniforms and allowances for safety boots and prescription eyeglasses.

All full-time and part-time employees receive paid time off that includes (but is not limited to) holidays, vacation and sick time. BARTON values employees and their desire to continue their education and will reimburse tuition expenses for approved courses that directly relate to an employee’s job duties and/or career path at BARTON.
