Meet a few members of your BARTON team

Sandy Babcock, Customer Service Representative

Sandy believes that great service is all about listening to customers. She enjoys the friendships she’s developed with clients over her 15 years on Team BARTON. Sandy goes above and beyond at every stage from order entry to product delivery. Whenever a customer is in a pinch, they know she won’t rest until she finds a way to get them the product needed to keep their operation running.

Vickie Berwaldt, Vice President of Sales Operations

Vickie has over 25 years of experience in sales, service and operations. Her extensive knowledge of quality assurance and management systems, as well as Good Manufacturing Processes, gives her a unique talent for understanding customer needs and directing policies and procedures to meet those needs.

Stephen Podnorszki, Director of Waterjet Parts

Stephen manages our waterjet parts division. He maintains warehouse inventory levels and manages consignment programs and new product development. Stephen draws on 17 years of BARTON experience to assist customers in troubleshooting machine maintenance issues. Stephen has certificates in waterjet training from Flow®, Omax®, and WardJet.

R. Randolph (Randy) Rapple, Chief Executive Officer

In his leadership role, Randy upholds our long-standing tradition of doing business with integrity. He oversees all aspects of the company with a specific focus on strategy, sales, marketing and product development. He serves on the technical advisory committee of the International Waterjet Association and has been a member of the WaterJet Technology Association since 1984.

Delroy L. Ross, Director of Warehouse Operations

Delroy brings 31 years of experience in logistics and transportation to the challenges of his position. In his role, Delroy enforces safety, product handling and storage standards at our abrasive warehouses. He also establishes policies and procedures for equipment utilization, inventory management, shipping and receiving.
